Thanks to our Quality department we have been able to cut our scrap counts in half from the first of the year! Great job and keep up the good work.

We have been diligently working on improving our RGA counts and have successfully reduced them by 58% in the past 3 months.

For the first Quarter of the year RCII has had 99% On Time Delivery! Any items that were late were shipped only 1 day late.
